All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

30-day easy returns

Not quite right? Return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund — no questions, no fuss.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Email hello@pawloft.co.uk to start a return
• We cover return postage on faulty or incorrectly described items
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the return

Damaged in transit?

Email hello@pawloft.co.uk within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.
